Today marks my 1000th post on my blog!  It also happens to be Leap Day – that day  that only comes around every 4 years.  It makes it doubly special to share this accomplishment with a rare day on our calendar.  I didn’t plan it this way – but I’m so excited that it happened this way!

So in light of this – I want to tell all of you bloggers, potential bloggers and those that don’t think they have anything to say and would never think of starting a blog page – YOU CAN DO IT!!  Don’t give up!  You never know what you’re going to discover in the world of the written word – as you take that leap of faith and reach out to others very much like yourself, gaining encouragement and confidence in your writing style and unique voice telling your own story.  3 years has gone by very quickly – and I still have not run out of things to share with my readers.
