Cupid Knew

I posted this song last year and thought since it’s Valentine’s Day, I would post it again for those that didn’t get to hear it.

I wrote this song for my boyfriend, Greg Holman 31 Valentine’s Days ago.  We were engaged the following month and were married in September of that same year.

It’s pretty sappy, but I was only 19 at the time – so you need to cut me a little slack :)

It was the best I could do on short notice – I wanted a special unique gift for a pretty special and unique guy – so hear it is again.  Gotta love the quality of the old cassette tapes :)

Enjoy – and have a very Happy Valentine’s Day with those you love.

God Bless

This was just too sweet! I have never written a song, but I’ve written my husband several poems that are framed and hung around our house! I think words are so powerful, especially when they are turned into a song! What a special treasure for you and your husband!

It’s the best song I have ever heard! Nothing else comes close.
I love you babe and am so thankful that God put a little “bug” in cupid’s ear, then had him relay it on to you.
Thanks much Cupid – you’re the man!
Cindy my love, happy 31st Valentine’ Day together,
    Greg

I’m glad that it’s your favorite song :) That’s pretty sweet. I remember this was your reaction to it all those years ago too. That’s pretty nice to know :)
